Olsen & Parsons offers more than forty years of experience in office and court room  representation  for matters including business;  divorce, support, and custody; estate planning; probate; real estate; and workplace concerns. We do not handle criminal cases.

For more than thirty years Olsen & Parsons has offered mediation services.  Terry Parsons is a past president of the Iowa Association of Mediators and is a 1st Judicial District Family Law Roster Mediator.  She is also available for Elder Issue Mediations.

More and more couples in the Cedar Valley are choosing to approach their divorce with mutual respect and honest negotiations.   Using the collaborative process they pool information and expertise as a team to find the best solutions for their family.

If you are looking for help with part of your legal issue, whether that is advice, drafting, coaching, or court appearances,  you may chose a limited scope representation.  Your contract  can set out the scope and price of those services to allow you to define the help you need within the boundaries of what you can afford.
